This is my own recipe I came up with after looking at lost of different pesto recipes on the internet.
Ingredients:
1 cup sun-dried tomatoes
1 cup fresh basil leaves
2 cloves garlic, peeled
¼ cup macadamia nut oil (you can also use olive oil)
½ cup walnuts
Directions:
Blend everything in a blender or food processor until it's as smooth as you want it.
